Roof?/leak?/condensation?

I really really need help/advice. Last summer I got new windows and then in the winter noticed water drips along the wall/ceiling (see below) we thought maybe the windows were now much better and not letting any air at all escape, so we added vents (as seen in picture) we had no problems all summer and then it started again in winter so we thought maybe roof. This week I've paid a roofer to refelt/batton/new tile the first 3 courses of the roof (as recommended) and today it's worse than ever! Now I don't have a clue is it condensation is it a bad roof job? Should I just knock the whole house down

How else can I fix this? Its a bedroom which is far away from the bathroom, we dotn dry clothes on radiators etc, dryer is down stairs at the opposite side of the house, window is ajar all day, I don't know how it can possibly be condensation

Is it a raked ceiling, i.e. slopes with the roof?

My guess with this cold spell we are having is too much warm air is entering your loft, its then condensing into water droplets and running down your felt/membrane until it hits the wall.
