Roof leak fibreglass/lead

Hello,
I have a slight leak the source of which I believe to be where the fibreglass (?) roof meets the lead.
If you look at the attached photo you can see the edge looks rough.
I was hoping for some advice on how best to seal this and what to use?

There is a product called Flexacryl or similar ones available and they have small fibres amongst the mix which help it bond and seal any gaps. I have had good results with it and can also be used when damp but obviously pick a dry day for best results.
