I've fixed my new fascia level, the rafters run down across the roof (at least 25mm difference over about 5m) - should I trim the top of the fascia to match the slope of the rafters or just leave it, or half and half it? Tiles are Marley modern style.

Ideally the fascia should run with the rafters so that you get an even kick along the first course of eaves tiles. Wangle it, so that you take some of the discrepancy away without compromising your kicker.
And treat yourself to a string line.
