Roof repair.

Could someone give me an approx. cost of supplying and the replacement of a broken tile on garage roof please.
I am in the process of buying this house and wish to ask the seller to cover the cost therefore I just need a budget price for guidance purposes.

£20 - £50 if you can find a roofer/handyman with an hour to spare, and who can pick up a tile when he's going to a roofers merchant for other stock anyway. Or £100 if you need to call in a firm.

On a secondary note?

There is a "moderate" Moss Infestation on the roof slope in the image posted.

If you do purchase the property you may wish to consider eradication of the moss?

As a further "observation?" does the moss infestation extend to the rest of the roof? or the areas of the roof not exposed to direct sun light, over time if you do move to purchase, suggest you get rid of the moss?

Thanks for that, surveyor did mention that it might be a good idea sometime - not urgent, but good to have had a second opinion.
