Hi all
Two years ago we had our chimney stack removed just below roof level
We have since noticed a horizontal cracks at Soffit level on an internal wall and some cracks staring at the ceiling coming down the wall, the cracks only appear to be internal
They added not additional support in the loft. Only adding wood to join the bean where the stack had been so they could re tile.
Alsono form of ventilation was added to the unused stack
Should there have added support to the roof (triangulate)
and should we have suggested ventilation.
Any suggestions on support, ventilation
Are we looking as roof spread
Thankyou in advance for your help
