Roof Tile Ventilation Install

Hi,

I added additional insulation to the attic and noticed this introduced condensation.

I just had ventilation roof tiles installed which resulted in surrounding tiles being raised. (See attached pictures).

Is this normal or were the wrong ventilation tiles used for the roof?
