Hi,
I feel I need to add some extra ventilation to my bungalow roof
Being a detached bungalow it doesn't have a massive pitch.
What type of roof vent tile is best please, I see there are some with slots which have a sort of pipe into the loft and some clever design which let's air in but not rain.
I already have lots of soffit vents, which aren't hindered by insulation, and never seen condensation in the roof, but have seen the odd rafter with a bit of white, what looks like mold, or is it some kind of salts.
My roof was re done 15 years ago and has that white breathable membrane under the tiles.
There are no leaks.
Cheers
