Hi All,

I am new to the forum.

I have just had my fascia board replaced and the roofer had real issue sorted out the verge after replacing the fascia.

The photos show the quality of work.

Is this work acceptable? I have queried the wonky roof tiles and verge caps but I am told the roof is not straight. Also there is a gap in one of the verge caps which I am told is because the tiles are not fitted equally spaced. This is correct?

That ridge tile at the end has been fitted dry rather than bedded in mortar, I wouldnt be surprised if that leaks. Those tiles shouldnt be sitting up. Bottom verge cap by guttering is poorly fitted.
