We are just planing an extension to our house, above and behind the garage which is attached.
The extension is approx 2.9m wide and 9m long.
I would like to continue the existing roof line accross to make it more pleasing on the eye.
Do we have to get W-Fink trusses or can we get a builder to make a roof out of 8"x2" ? (I would like to have more storage space and the possibility to convert the loft at a later date)
Which would be more cost effective ?
