Hi, see pics, felt degrading. How straightforward is it for a roofer to patch/repair this? Bungalow so not working at increased height. Can a strip of felt be fed in under the degrading section or not as simple as that?
Also see pic of ladder stored in garage with roof that's covered with cement/asbestos sheeting. I often see this white stuff forming. Am I right in thinking it's of no concern i.e. salt crystals or something? In other words it's nowt to do with the asbestos fibres? Sheets seem pretty intact.
