Hi All,
Very confused tenant here, we've had a leaking roof for the past month, water is currently seeping into our bedroom. We've advised the Landlord of the issue right from the start and they have sent around their roofer.
The roofer has advised that they can not work on the roof in the wet, so the are currently waiting for the weather forecasts to predict 2 dry days before they can even begin.
It's now the end of November and the weather is unlikely to improve for the next couple of months - Am i right in thinking the landlord/roofer is pulling my leg?
Do we really have to wait for perfect weather?!!!
Any comments will be gratefully received.
