I received a quote from a local supplier for fascia, soffits and guttering replacement. I signed and was told that the company would be in touch to survey.
Six weeks later the company have advised me by letter that they spoken to their surveyor and regret to inform me that they cannot do it for the price quoted.
I thought I had a legal binding agreement. Is this the case? or should I just get other companies to quote and not persue the matter further?
