room thermo and danfoss programmer

can anyone help please. when i press hot water on danfoss fp715 programmer the boiler fires up and all is well in the world but when i press central heating the light comes on but boiler isnt getting message to fire up thus we are freezing in margate, i bought room thermo recently but thats not fault i think its the wiring between the two but have no idea how it works .http://www.thermsaver.co.uk/heating_controls/update_or_replace.html
this site tells me my programmer was compatible with last one glow worm mastermind and have checked simple things like room thermo up to 40 degrees and reset button on programmer .

So please any tips to check i'll be grateful for

Sorry bairdy, you haven't got the David Bailey touch, and I'm not intrested in a copy of the back of your programmer, even if it is a 6"x4", at £0.15.

Your problem is likely to be with the diverter valve.

i bought an exact make model valve so easy to wire in just 4 wires which made no diff it does seem something is wrong between room stat which i think i haven't wired prop and programer but i dont know combination of wirng between the two thanks for help and if you wish i could send signed photo for free of back of programmer
