I have just had a worcester 28cdi RSF heating system installed. The problem is the room thermostat, I have set it to 22, when I put the heating on the rooms warm up to the correct temperature, then the thermo cuts off and turns the boiler off. I then have to wait about 2 or 3 hours for the heating to come back on. By then the radiators are stone cold and so am I.

Worcester only do one room stat and thats the remote control digistat from invensis, chances are your installer has fitted an independent room stat,can you give details of the make and model room stat. Room stats are not just a switch to interrupt the circuit they can be wired incorrectly the most common is to miss out the neutral lead,can you also see how many wires go into the stat etc.
