rotating joints for radiators

looking for rotating radiator joints so I can "fold down" the radiators for redecoration. There used to be some made by Rotarad (?) but I think they went out of business.

They were always a bad idea. Decorators cap and take the rad off. Or if on the long leg of the bracket and just painting, an extended small roller will get down the back of them.
