Hi,
I have a roto window where turning the handle 90 degrees allowed normal inward opening, hinged at a vertical axis. Turning the handle 180 degrees allows inward opening hinged at the bottom of the window, a horizontal axis.
I've noticed that for one window, I don't need to turn it 90 degrees to open normally - all I need to do is turn about 15 degrees and it opens. I think that sooner or later the window will not be able to lock itself due to slip - I had this happen in other rented accommodation with similar windows.
Does anyone know how I can service and reset the window? I have enclosed some pictures here. Unfortunately, I don't have the manuals and the Roto website is no help!
I would greatly appreciate any assistance that anyone can give me.
Below are pictures I have taken.
