Got plot land in liverpool next to rail track had council out to look if land big enough to build on they have said yes but needs pile driving on rail embankment side rough estimate on price the lengh of left hand side that needs doing about 32 foot long any numbers of any companys in liverpool to give rough price to see if worth doing cheers brian

Estimate mmm well £1.5k - £2.4m depending on size of the multistorey appartment block you wish to build..



Get some piling companies to give you some prices.. might want to give them more of a hint to what you plan to build.. ie shed, house, garage, appartment block, factory etc

Depending entirely on what you want to build, have a look at "Shire piles" they are capable of taking a two story "relatively light" structure.

Cheaper than "conventional" piling [ they are in effect screwed into the ground]

BUT the loads imposed may be above their working capacity?
