Afternoon all,
A fair few bits of the roughcast on the house we're renovating have bossed and separated from the wall and are sounding hollow. Unfortunately a 1m corner piece has come off in the high winds today. It was at ground level, but it's revealed the DPC and torn off the bottom bead.
We're getting detached garage built starting March, and we were *hoping* to have the house re-roughcasted at the same time as getting the garage done.
Are small bits of missing roughcast a 'fix now or else' kinda problem, or is it likely safe to leave for a few months until the garage is up and getting roughcasting done too?
Cheers
Kyle
