Hi all, I have a 100mm round hole in an internal cavity wall, what's the best approach to fill this to the thickness of the brick?

Thanks in advance.

A brick is about 100mm across.
If you have a handy brick.

However you could carefully add concrete in layers, making sure that it doesn’t fall into the cavity.
Shove a bit of cardboard folded in half through the gap and have string in the centre, pull the string tight so the card holds it against the internal brick. Could use plastic?
You could use “rapid mortar “ and shove some metal wire into the gap (coat hanger?)
Don’t push too hard or it will fall back. Don’t overfill, allow for plaster.
Wet the hole before adding mortar.
