Aaaaggghh, get someone in who knows what they're doing would be a start. Don't leave the family downstairs when you start notching that bath plastic across. Remember that the joists have to be cut correctly, that bath is very heavy when full of water and one [or two!!] persons in it.

The drainage pipe is the problem!

whats under the bathroom ?
you could drop the waste pipe down bellow the joists and run them hanging from the ceiling below if it's a garage / storage area.

you could run the pipe out through an outside wall and to another stack, or the same stack if you don't mind the outside of the property defaced with sagging plastic pipe slung between clips.

else box it in or go mad and build a false wall.
