You must have water in your Caps Lock. Try spraying it with WD40.

It's the third key up from the bottom left hand corner on your keyboard but it looks like you've found it.
You've probaly got damp in the ignition system. Tell us more about your car. Petrol/diesel, engine type?

i have a problem with my rover 400 when it rains. the car will not start until a few hours later when dryed out. all suggestions welcome.

I have a problem with my rover 400 its r reg and petrol 1600. When it rains the car will not start until a few hours later when dryed out.

It sounds like you have water (dampness) in your ignition system, plug leads etc. Check for that and if it is, dry it out, maybe spray it with WD40. Try it again and post back with the result.
