Hi guys.
When tiling up from floor to ceiling, would you do it in one go or would you lay three rows of tiles at the time, let them dry and then carry on tiling up to be sure tiles at the bottom do not come off under the weight of tiles on the top? Thank you for your advice.

What makes you think the tiles will move with a few tiles resting on them? If you use spacers, the tiles won't budge.

hi gcol and thanks 4 your time.
Since they are not a few tiles but all the wall from floor up to the ceiling, i thought that the tiles at the very bottom of the wall would come off under the weight of the tiles on the top despite the spacers, which themselves do not reduce the weight of the tiles on the top.

is that not what the adhesive is for? to hold the tile in place?
