Hi there,
I have a narrow flat roof that gets very narrow as it goes on (like size of a hand narrow), measures approx 35m (squared), it leaks quite badly and has had patch repairs for a number of years. The roof is in need of new decking and re-felting. The flat roof joins up to a cement roof and at the end of the flat roof there is a long gutter (badly damaged).
I have been looking at EPDM and liquid plastic, the EPDM quote was given but another roofer said the narrow roof means the rubber would be difficult to apply to get into the smaller area and up and under the cement roof sufficient enough to stop leaks.
So he has recommend liquid plastic.
So far I have a re-felt quote of 2600, is this reasonable? What would I expect to pay for EPDM and plastic?
