Rule 9 for Rupert

You must be comparitavely new on the block Rupert. I know what rule 9 says, but we had a tedious discussion a while back about this, and the decision then was that it was ok to ask about costs, despite the possible pointlessness.

Has some other decision been made in the "New Labour" way?

yes some of us managed to get a relaxation from "the management" :D :D so that rule nine would be pointed out [as being applicable ] but left as people where still happy to respond although the usual [so many variables apply] would be frequently expressed
but general answers would still be usefull
 
isnt that interesting i assume because the word "block" has been used we are getting adverts relivent for flats and "apartment blocks" novel eeehhh

now thats strainge once i posted this answer all the advertising on the r/h/s dissapeared :LOL:
