Rule 9 for Rupert

You must be comparitavely new on the block Rupert. I know what rule 9 says, but we had a tedious discussion a while back about this, and the decision then was that it was ok to ask about costs, despite the possible pointlessness.

yes some of us managed to get a relaxation from "the management" so that rule nine would be pointed out [as being applicable ] but left as people where still happy to respond although the usual [so many variables apply] would be frequently expressed
but general answers would still be usefull

isnt that interesting i assume because the word "block" has been used we are getting adverts relivent for flats and "apartment blocks" novel eeehhh

now thats strainge once i posted this answer all the advertising on the r/h/s dissapeared
