running expansion pipe

ok anyone help me keeping the bit of hair i have left got a problem with my central heating my rads get hot no probs there but my expansion pipe constanly runnin boiling water in to my expansion tank,,, any ideas???

Turn the pump down to see if it stops, with the heating still working..

Lots here on pumping-over recently, try a search. Try looking for "Bernoulli"!
