We have an 18mth old Servis which leaves permanent rust marks on some items of clothing during some washes First we checked the filter and found a rusty screw which we removed, this cured the problem for a few weeks and then the problem returned. We checked under door seal in case there was another loose screw , found none but metal rim under seal at bottom of circle little rusty. Cleaned up and was fine for a few weeks again. Stains started again, have repeated above checks, what else could be causing these marks??
