I have a problem with 2 radiators. The bleed valves have rusted and are leaking. Can I simply turn off the water supply into the radiator then bleed them until the water no longer comes out, then unscrew and replace the valve ? Also the heating keeps cutting off after about 15 - 30 mins but sometimes it goes for longer. The pressure on the boiler itself is fine. Could this be linked in some way ?
