Hi anybody got an idea what may be the problem with a ryobi petrol strimmer , it starts ok leave it to warm up and it runs ok But when you rev it to cut the grass it seems like it’s struggling and it’s about to stall , now if you turn the machine upside down the revs increase and it seems ok ....been a case of turn upside ....cut some grass , turn upside down ...
Any pointers would be appreciated
Thanks

Yet another fuel supply issue, I think....effectively there isn't quite enough juice getting into the engine.
If you could check a couple of things first......does the primer bulb fill up with fuel after about four presses, and is the fuel filter - that bobs around in the fuel tank - actually submerged?
Try brimming the tank full of fuel too.
I think we are going to need a carb strip down at the end of the day, and if you could give us some photos of it would be useful.
John :)
