I had an S106 agreement. It stipulated that work on my house and neighbours began and finished at the same time. ( both had planning subject to starting and finishing together)
We paid a fee for site visits as part of this. Both started and completed at the same time.
Should we have had a letter confirming we complied with this s106.
Neither myself or neighbour ever did?

EDITED
Apparantly SO. Council now sending letter 3 years late LOL

I'd ignore it. It's not of any consequence. It would only have had any relevance if you did not start and finish at the same time - which wasn't the case.
