Hi,
I've started having an issue with my boiler. It is starting and running fine, but I'm finding I have to have the central heating temperature dial turned most, if not all the way, to the hot end of the scale for the boiler to fire.
I've tried changing the CH thermister today, but I'm not convinced it's made any difference.
When running, the pipe that runs past the thermister gets too hot to touch, but has to get stone cold before it fires again.
I've checked the control board, but there's nothing obviously wrong. The CH potentiometer seems to be reading sensible values (similar to the HW one, anyway).
Any suggestions would be appreciated. If I need to change the control board, will it need to be re-commissioned, or is it a simple swap?
Thanks in advance,
Iain
