Hi, I'd appreciate some help here. I've just had a new salamander pump fitted about 2weeks ago to service 3xshowers.
Problem is: showers turn the pump on but it keeps running even when the shower is turned off. I complained to Salamander but they claimed I had to have a flange fitted etc.
Previously I had a salamander which ran for 4years until it began to leak, hence the replacement. With the old pump, the showers turned the pump on and off.
Salamander are trying to make out the problem must be with my piping, shower valves and everything but them. I'm not a diy type but is it fair to suggest the fault is with the pump?
Some plumber mentioned flow switch on the pump may be defective? Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
