just had the room thermostat fitted to our

can we set this stat to work on the timer on the boiler or does it have to be on contstant and we do it manually from the thermostat its self

You know it's a great shame that who ever fitted it for you did not take the time to explain it's operation!! More shame them & I hope you never use them again.

This is a room thermostat which senses room temperature only, so it will go on & off depending on the 'set point' temperature you set it at. My guess is you'd still use your boiler timer to the desired times you wish to have your central heating & the RT300 will monitor the room temperature.

the boiler did switch of a the times we set it at
just 1 thing the call for heat sign is on the thermstat
is this right as is it because we have the boiler set on timer on the boiler
