Samsung heat pump dryer DV7

Hello
Samsung heat pump dryer is showing a blinking light for cleaning the heat pump filter. I have done this carefully and put it back but the light continues to blink.

I have hoovered the general fluff filter and the cavity in which that sits. I have hoovered and washed and dried the removable filter for the heat pump, brushed and hoovered the fins deep in the heat pump area too.

Can anyone suggest what might be the next step please?
