Hi we have a samsung american style fridge freezer model RS21NCNS its been a great machine for the last 5 years until now both freezer and fridge have stopped working we have had to throw all contents away. When I switch it off at the socket and switch it back on you can here it start up then about 2 mins later I here a tick and it stops another 2 mins a tick and it starts again this keeps going on can you help please
