Had a new Samsung smart tv for about 3 weeks. Setup was first time, no problems. Then I had some problems with recording on Sky+, which I believe were to do with the sky box, so mucked about with that for a bit last night. Sky all ok, recording etc. However the Sky icon is now 'Sky Austria'!
Problem is, my Sammy remote is working with everything (internet, Youtube, catchup Spotify etc) except sky. I've tried everything I can think of, including another sky box.
When I try to connect the remote, it fails the channel up/down test, and suggests I, 'Check if your box is set up to receive IR signals from your universal remote'.
Help! To repeat, it was working perfectly, now it ain't, on either sky box.
