Sand bags

I have been asked by a lady friend as to who would sell small (approx 12 inches square)hessian sandbags that have already been filled with sand as she has a flooding problem.

Does anyone know who stocks them in the Midlands area or would she have to buy the unfilled bags and fill them herself?

Easier to handle & store. No need for filling. More expensive though.

I think you'll be lucky sourcing mini bags though.
Could be a good idea if it's about handling or storage to go with the soakers.
