Can anybody recommend a decent random orbital sander around £30 mark as my dad would like one for Xmas

Think before you buy. If he doesnt have a suitable vacuum cleaner to remove the dust then think about something else. The bags on the back or sides are not good enough, in fact from a health point of view they are useless.
