saunier duval still going strong!

ive a 620f combi, 15 yrs old, i no people slag them of but this old thing has never let me down .

anyway my question ,ive just removed the bathroom rad and replaced it with a slightly higher output vertical rad also have added a towel rad the boilers ch flow speed can be changed do i need it to run slightly faster to compensate for the extra rads or will it be fine as is
