ScanTronic 9800 Part Set

Scan Tronic 9800. When setting Part B to eliminate an area at night all appears OK until I enter that area and the keypad then starts buzzing. Any help would be appreciated.

Not programed correctly.
Zone can be programmed off and entry device starts timer.
