Hi

Does anyone know how to adjust the exit/entry volume on this system. It is so loud and the whole street knows when we're coming or going!

This facility is an Engineer function, if this was installed by a company get them to adj it for you.

If you installed it and have the installation manual it's in there.

(Engineer Code will be required)

We didn't install it ourselves but are trying to avoid getting someone out if we can. trying to find a DIY solution on DIYnot (I know)

As I said, "This facility is an Engineer function"

At the very least you will need access to the Engineer Code that will have been loaded into the panel, don't have it, can't get it, you will need an Engineer to 'crash' and reprogram the panel for you.

You could of course find an installation manual and have a go yourself, but it will be a bit involved for a beginner, I would not recommend it,

Get someone in.
