was called to a industrial unit to quote for works ,couldnt belive what i found shocked. pics show as it was all live 3 phase and single phase and yes the extension was in use !!!!! shear ignorance walked away having issued a danger notification ..and removed the extension from use

good point its probably the gloves they wore to put the aluminium scaffold next to the dist board just in case ,thanks BAS good point , belive it or not they have recently had a health and safty inspection just told them they needed an emergency light lol what a joke
