Schuco Tilt and Turn Adjustment

Dear All,

I have a right hand opening Tilt and Turn Schuco window circa 2006 that is catching against the bottom window frame.

I have read that the window can be adjusted via the top right hinge (photograph attached).

Can anyone tell me
a) which part I am supposed to turn and
b) what tool I need to buy ?
