The fact that theyr'e all foreign ?. I observed that many years ago.
Ihave my own thoughts on dealing with thr problem, warn the WHOLE family, that if one of them breaks the law (seriously) that the lot of them go back to where they came from.
That way maybe there could be a bit of self discipline amongst thenselves.

This description is rather good .....
"We are appealing for information on a man we wish to trace in connection with a murder enquiry. Ahmed El-Hamid (born 22/3/71), of the Hounslow area, suffered stab wounds in Stanley Road, Teddington, at approx. 00:45 on Monday 25/8/03 and was confirmed dead at the scene.
A post mortem at Kingston Hospital mortuary gave the cause of death as stab wounds"
Well if thats typical of the deductive process, no wonder they can't find the rest of them.
And one of the "most wanted" is ".... wanted in connection with 2 complex deceptions". Yep, dangerous guy, we must get him at all costs.
To be honest though, I'd be very surprised if 10 of those 12 are still in the UK, so I really don't know why the Police are expecting the public to watch out for them
