Scratches on Parquet flooring

Hi,

We have parquet flooring, it has been scratched, so we've sanded it all down and started to varnish. It's been pain staking, but we're now ready for the 3rd and last coat. BUT I have just run my finger nail across the surface and oh no a scratch appears. What can I do?
