Hi all
a friend of mine is getting a patio, self build.
He has a concrete base already across the garden, so he has laid 2 courses of brick on top of this which would bring him up to the damp course of the house. does he have to bring the floor of his patio to damp course level. or can he run the new floor one course high, this would mean his new floor would be one course lower than his damp course.
also what would be the best way to lay floor? he already has a concret base so what would be the next step.
nb: He would rather have his floor a one course high if this could be done, but i believe the damp course hase to be at least 2 course.
