Screed over Vinyl Tiles ?

Hi
Hope someone can help.
I want to screed over an uneven/ slightly sloping concrete kitchen floor. The concrete is covered in a single layer of vinyl tiles which are glued down well. I would prefer to screed over the tiles as they are very sound and I believe they would be sod to try to scrape up.
Would appreciate any advice regarding this . Procedure,type of screed etc.
