Screwdriver Bits....but slimmer

I open some cases with Philips screws in them but the screw is quite recessed so I'm just out of reach as the screwdriver bit from a power driver is marginally too wide to fit into the recess. Are there bits available with a thinner shaft allowing such access?

I've tried to find them with no luck. Any ideas, anyone?

Are using the screw holder adaptor or the long shaft bits
