What's the best way of avoiding cracking a toilet pan when screwing down to a concrete floor. With regards to possible over tightening to stop rocking.
Screw packs have plastic washers that will have a little give.
The Idea is to set the toilet on something to pack out the force evenly.
I used 2 pack wood filler ( resin) or sand and cement so toilet don't rock, then the screws just have a little downward force to hold.
My original toilet was just set on sand and cement to hold. No screws
