I was reading about this new school kid bullying thing on a another site , aparently , they have a link to education forums where this aint made up but a very nasty form of bullying,teachers are really worried about it ..lol
...

seagulling is when a bully ,
produces a white mess in his hand /palm then races up behind a victim an smashes his hand down on the younger child,

shouting

leaving a mess like a seagull has made a mess

I think thats a bit more appropriate for them to be saying. Seagulls have done nothing to hurt them, so why insult them?
