Sealant instead of decorators caulk

Just not thinking and used sealant instead of decorators caulk, need a solution as need to gloss the skirting boards still, any tips?

Try painting a small section and see how it takes? I've made the same mistake before and the sealant was still paintable.

undedrcoat will paint onto silicone but water based won't. You could put a coat of undercoat on then water base paint.
